Julie Anne Smith, 50, of Bargersville, passed away on July 8, 2023. She was born on January 24, 1973 in Wheat Ridge, Colorado.
She is survived by her high school sweetheart and love of her life, Kyle Smith; her parents, Gary and Jeanne Stein; sister, Stephanie (Bob) Woerner; niece, Claire Woerner; and her Aunt, Connie Booker.
She was a 1991 graduate of Center Grove High School and Purdue University graduate. She was The Director of Special Taxes for the Indiana Department of Revenue.
Julie was dedicated to caring for animals. She was caring and compassionate always thinking of others’ needs while neglecting her own.
Services will be held privately for her family. Arrangements have been entrusted to G.H. Herrmann Greenwood Funeral Home. She will be laid to rest at The Gardens at Olive Brach Cemetery.
