Fraud

100 block of E. Monroe St.: Reported at 9:12 a.m. Monday that a fraud had occurred.

Property-damage accidents

3:25 p.m. Monday – E. King St. and N. Lovers Lane

3:20 p.m. Monday – 11 N. Morton St., parking lot

Theft

100 block of W. King St.: A woman reported at 8:23 a.m. Monday that someone had taken her trash receptacles that were up by her residence.

Criminal Mischief

850 W. Stop 18 Road, Freedom Park: Reported at 8:45 a.m. Monday that criminal mischief had occurred.

Personal-injury accidents

8:01 p.m. Saturday – N. State Road 135 and W. County Line Road. Jermia Hemphill, 30, Greenwood. Hemphill reported having pain and injury to her head.

6:08 p.m. Saturday – S. Madison Ave. and W. Main St. Elizabeth Smith, 45, Indianapolis. Smith reported having an contusion/bruise with injury to her elbow/lower arm.

11:27 a.m. Saturday – Fry Road and Loews Blvd. Juvenile, 16, Shelbyville reported having pain and injury to their head.

4:26 p.m. Sunday – 808 U.S. 31 N., parking lot

8:23 p.m. Friday – E. County Line Road near the on ramp of I-65

5:30 p.m. Friday – 120 block of Somerset Drive, parking lot

4:36 p.m. Friday – Fairview Road and N. State Road 135

12:24 p.m. Friday – U.S. 31 and W. Smith Valley Road

11:55 a.m. Friday – E. Main St. and Legacy Blvd.

10:28 a.m. Friday – 150 S. Marlin Drive, parking lot

Thefts

1001 N. State Road 135, Dick’s Warehouse: Reported at 6:28 p.m. Monday that a vehicle theft had occurred.

850 W. Stop 18, Freedom Springs: Reported at 5:15 p.m. Monday that a theft had occurred.

1251 U.S. 31 N., Von Maur: Reported at 4:42 p.m. Monday that two juveniles were arrested for shoplifting.

1000 block of Barberry Drive: Reported at 2:41 p.m. Monday that a theft had occurred.

120 block of Londonerry Lane: Reported at 12:52 p.m. Monday that a theft had occurred.

Johnson County

Hit and Run

1125 W. Jefferson St., JMH, Franklin: A man reported at 11:10 a.m. Monday that he and his wife had parked their vehicle outside the ER and once they returned he noticed that someone had struck the vehicle causing damage.

Criminal Trespassing

2000 block of W. State Road 144, Franklin: The complainant reported at 6:30 p.m. Monday that a woman came onto their property without permission and was causing problems and they wanted her trespassed.

Austin Downing McDermott, 29, Franklin; arrested on a charge of probation violation; held without bond.

Janice Lynn Kelley, 56, Martinsville; arrested on a Johnson County warrant; held without bond.

Dustin M. Stephenson, 33, Greenwood; arrested on a charge of probation violation; held without bond.

Christa E. Giger, 36, Nineveh; arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court; held without bond.

Tiffany Renee King, 19, McCordsville; arrested on a Johnson County warrant; released on $500 bond.

Dominique Troutman, 36, Greenwood; arrested on charges of dealing cocaine or narcotic drug, dealing controlled substance-schedule I, II or III substance, possession of controlled substance-schedule I, possession of cocaine or narcotic drug and possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish/salvia; released on $40,900 bond.

John Raymond Brashear, 57, Indianapolis; arrested on a charge of habitual traffic violator; released on $1,200 bond.

Rachelle Goodrich, 39, Greenwood; arrested on a charge of intimidation with a deadly weapon; released on $3,300 bond.

Austin M. Wheeler, 23, Greenwood; arrested on Johnson County warrants; held on $800 bond.

Kameron Joseph Myers, 25, Greenwood; arrested on a Johnson County warrant; held without bond.

The following people were recently arrested on charges of driving while intoxicated and booked into the Johnson County jail:

Younas Masih Karamdad, 68, Albany, New York; released on $250 bond.

Juan Carlos Tieco-Gonzalez, 44, Indianapolis; also arrested on a charge of operating a vehicle without ever obtaining a license; held on $2,000 bond.
