Hit and Run
Circle Drive and N. Main St.: A woman reported at 4:49 p.m. Monday that as she was waiting to turn, a black vehicle struck her from behind, as she turned she was going to pull into a parking lot to exchange insurance information the other vehicle turned the other direction and fled the area.

Theft
1751 N. Main St., Monroe Optical: The staff reported at 9:54 a.m. Monday that a license plate was stolen from one of their company vehicles.

Hit and Run
E. Worthsville Road and I-65 N.: Reported at 5:03 p.m. Monday that a hit and run had occurred.
Theft
1251 U.S. 31 N., Dick’s Sporting Goods: Reported at 6:49 p.m. Monday the theft of a cell phone had occurred.
Johnson County
Hit and Run
E. County Road 100 N. and E. State Road 44, Franklin: A man reported at 10:20 p.m. Monday that a semi-tractor trailer drove left of center striking the driver’s side mirror of his vehicle and did not stop.
Theft
S. County Road 800 E. and E. County Road 550 S., Franklin: Reported at 7:46 a.m. Tuesday that a theft had occurred.
