A huge thank you to the several hundred wonderful volunteers that manned the lemonade stand during fair week. We couldn’t do it without you!
Here are some lemon shake-up facts.
We have been serving the best homemade lemon shakeups at the Johnson County Fair since 1972. That’s 51 years.
This year, we squeezed 68 cases, which is over 11,000 lemons.
A case of lemons cost $59.98.
We used 652 lbs. of sugar during fair week.
We purchased 232 bags of ice from Whiteland FFA students.
We received $2,117 in donations. Thank you to all those that donated!
