Franklin

Battery

2600 Cumberland Drive, Franklin High School: Reported at 10:01 p.m. Friday that a battery with injury involving juveniles had occurred.

Fraud

1100 block of Southpointe Drive: A woman reported at 1:50 p.m. Saturday that she received her credit card statement and it showed her card had multiple charges showing online use and purchases in the Indianapolis area.

Hit and Run

1100 block of Sagittarius Ave.: A woman reported at 1:32 p.m. Sunday that her vehicle was struck by a blue vehicle with a beige roof near U.S. 31 and Hospital Road.

Property-damage accidents

3:49 p.m. Monday – 970 N. Morton St., parking lot

11:31 a.m. Monday – Commerce Drive and N. Morton St.

Thefts

2125 N. Morton St., Walmart: Asset protection employee reported at 6:26 p.m. Saturday that a woman had been caught skip-scanning at the self checkout, but had been suspected of doing the same thing numerous times in the past.

176 Umbarger Lane, Econo Lodge: A man reported at 11:24 a.m. Saturday that his medication and a silver coin valued over $90,000 had been stolen from his room.

Fraud

900 block of Dover Drive: Reported at 5:54 p.m. Monday that a fraud had occurred.

Hit and Run

Magnolia Lane and Countryside Drive: The operator of a bicycle reported at 6:38 p.m. Monday that a vehicle struck the left side of her bicycle, then the vehicle turned south and fled the area.

1035 E. Main St., Starbucks: Reported at 842 a.m. Monday that a hit and run had occurred.

Identity Theft

1600 block of Corban St.: Reported at 8:30a.m. Monday that an identity theft had occurred.

Personal-injury accidents

9:13 p.m. – U.S. 31 and Greenwood Trace. Juvenile, 15, Greenwood, reported having pain and injury to their neck.

2:29 p.m. Sunday – E. County Line Road and N. Meridian St. Terry Barker, 64, Greenwood. Barker reported having minor bleeding with injury to his elbow/lower arm.

1:02 p.m. Friday – Sutton Park Drive and State Road 135. Seyma Kraemer, 34, Greenwood. Kraemer reported having pain and injury to her neck.

4:52 p.m. Sunday – 3100 Meridian Parke Drive, parking lot

2:46 p.m. Sunday – N. Madison Ave. and Fry Road

4:38 p.m. Saturday – E. County Line Road and Wheatcraft Way

11:58 a.m. Saturday – Carr St. and U.S. 31 N.

6:30 p.m Friday – N. State Road 135 and Stonegate Drive

5:07 p.m. Friday – Worthsville Road and Pinecrest Drive

Theft

1133 N. Emerson Ave., Walmart: Reported at 7:52 p.m. Monday that a woman was arrested for shoplifting.

Aramais J. Taylor, 35, Indianapolis; arrested on a Johnson County warrant; released on $300 bond.

Nathaniel Lee Brumley, 26, Greenwood; arrested on charges of probation violations; held without bond.

Nolan L. Brumley, 22, homeless; arrested on a charge of probation violation; held without bond.

Deborah A. Daniel, 55, Indianapolis; arrested on a charge of theft-shoplifting; held on $2,400 bond.

Cody Allen Henry Davis, 28, Franklin; arrested on charges of escape, criminal mischief and violation of community corrections; held without bond.

Audie Lee Gant, 43, Franklin; arrested on a Johnson County warrant; held without bond.

Francisco Javier Garcia Vazquez, 50, Indianapolis; arrested on a charge of operating a vehicle without ever obtaining a license; released on $250 bond.

Andrew Paul Ikemire, 24, Indianapolis; arrested on a charge of criminal mischief; released on $250 bond.

Daniel Antonio Rodriguez, 43, Terre Haute; arrested on an out of county warrant; held without bond.

The following people were arrested on charges of driving while intoxicated and booked into the Johnson County jail:

Ryan J. Smith, 38, Plainfield; also arrested on charges of felon in possession of a firearm and possession of paraphernalia; held on $5,300 bond.
