Letter to the Editor: A job well done in Center Grove tornado clean-up efforts

To the Editor:

On June 25th, 2023 our community in Kensington Grove was hit by an EF2 Tornado. Stephanie Sichting, Johnson County emergency management agency director, sprang into action and was immensely helpful in directing our safety and clean-up efforts. She seamlessly communicated with our HOA Board Member Chuck Rivera to coordinate clean up of glass and debris in our streets, set up large dumpsters for residents to dump their broken items in, and general clean-up. She made sure she stayed with us until everything was back in order. Without her help, the process would have taken much longer and would have been much more chaotic. Our Kensington HOA Board and our community residents want to Thank you for a job well done!

Sincerely,

Alisa Rayel
