Johnson County Resource Fair set for Tuesday

Upstream Prevention is hosting a Resource Drop-in Day on Tuesday at the Johnson County Fairgrounds.

Anyone who needs information on a wide variety of Johnson County resources can drop by the event from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Herring Hall at the fairgrounds, 250 Fairgrounds Street, Franklin.

A wide variety of organizations and providers have confirmed they plan to attend the September event, including the Johnson County Health Department, Johnson County Public Library, WIC, various mental health and substance use treatment providers, advocacy groups, adult education opportunities, a notary, insurance navigation, case management support, and more.

The event is free and open to all who can utilize Johnson County resources with no registration required. For more information visit Resource Drop-in Day on Upstream’s Facebook page: https://fb.me/e/4zuLbUl40.

The event happens monthly with dates for the rest of the year being set for Oct 10, Nov 14 and Dec 12 at the same time and in the same location as the September event.
