MORGANTOWN
Jennie Thompson, age 67, of Morgantown, IN, left this world for heaven surrounded by her family on Friday, September 8, 2023 in St. Francisville, LA at the home of her son and son-in-law.
Born October 27, 1955 in Clovis, NM, Jennie grew up in San Diego and ultimately settled in Morgantown, Indiana with her husband where she was a homemaker and avid crocheter.
She’s survived by her loving husband, Timothy Thompson of Morgantown, devoted son Jimmy Johnston (Jay Parsley), two stepsons, Chris (Melissa) Hartman and Thad (Kate) Hartman; b/s-IN Terry (Gail) Thompson as well as many extended family and friends.
Jennie is preceded in death by her parents, Logus and Juanita (Lilly) Adams; daughter Cynthia Felice Johnston; grandparents Fred and Fannie (Jones) Lilly and George and Jennie (Shirley) Adams.
A private entombment will be held in Atlanta, GA.
