Identity Theft

1000 block of Northcraft Court: A woman reported at 1:05 p.m. Monday that her Facebook page had been taken over by a scammer and they also tried to get into her PayPal account.

Theft

2770 N. Morton St., Enterprise Rent A Car: A employee reported at 2:46 p.m. Monday that a man rented a vehicle and had not returned it to the Franklin location and the vehicle was last spotted by police in Kentucky.

Criminal Mischief

1300 Fry Road, Northwest Park: Reported at 8:55 a.m. Monday that a criminal mischief had occurred.

Hit and Run

110 Sheek Road, Red Roof Inn: Reported at 10:20 a.m. Monday that a hit and run had occurred.

Thefts

100 block of Marcy Lane: Reported at 7:22 a.m. Tuesday that a theft had occurred.

1251 U.S. 31 N.: Reported at 1:02 a.m. Tuesday that a theft had occurred.

800 block of Parliament Place: Reported at 12:03 a.m. Tuesday that a man was arrested for theft and several other charges.

1600 block of Blue Grass Parkway: Reported at 10:55 a.m. Monday a theft from a vehicle had occurred.

Narcotics

2600 Cumberland Drive, Franklin High School, Franklin: Reported at 10:47 a.m. Monday that a THC vaping device and another vaping device were found in a students vehicle and they were suspended from school.

The following people were recently arrested and booked into the Johnson County jail:

Neil Jordan Moran, 32, Franklin; arrested on charges of dealing methamphetamine, visiting a common nuisance-controlled substances/drug paraphernalia and possession of paraphernalia; held on $31,250 bond.

Keyshia M. Flynn, 28, Franklin; arrested on charges of dealing methamphetamine, visiting a common nuisance-controlled substances/drug paraphernalia, possession of paraphernalia and dealing methamphetamine; held on $48,200 bond.

Jason M. Lerch, 39, Indianapolis; arrested on an out of county warrant; held without bond.

Ashley A. Heredia, 24, Plainfield; arrested on a Johnson County warrant; released on $300 bond.

Dustin Matthew Tays, 33, homeless; arrested on charges of domestic battery knowing presence of child, battery with bodily injury and criminal mischief; held without bond.

Kalay D. L. Broyles, 27, Indianapolis; arrested on a charge of operating a vehicle without ever obtaining a license and wanted on a Johnson County warrant; held on $1,300 bond.

Antorion Dshawn Broaden, 27, Indianapolis; arrested on charges of possession of cocaine or narcotic drug, vehicle theft, possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish/salvia, false identity statement, possession of a firearm by a serious violent felon and possession of stolen property; held on $17,400 bond.

The following people were recently arrested on charges of driving while intoxicated and booked into the Johnson County jail:

Derick Thomas Walsh, 28, Indianapolis; also arrested on a charge of resisting law enforcement using a vehicle; held on $2,200 bond.

Frederick Craig, 45, Greenwood; also arrested on a charge of driving while suspended with prior conviction; held on $4,400 bond.
