Criminal Mischief

750 U.S. 31 N., Tom O’Brien: Reported at 1:32 p.m. Tuesday that criminal mischief at the dealership had occurred.

Hit and Run

800 block of Sylvan St.: Reported at 5:10 p.m. Tuesday that a hit and run had occurred.

550 Fry Road, Kohl’s: Reported at 1:27 p.m. Tuesday that a hit and run had occurred.

Johnson County

Battery

3129 E. Edinburgh St., Atterbury Job Corp., Edinburgh: Reported at 1:47 p.m. Tuesday that a battery had occurred.

Fraud

3900 block of Santa Clara Drive, Greenwood: A man reported at 11:28 a.m. Tuesday that he had lost about $1,100 to an unknown person through fraudulent use of his credit card.

Narcotics

E. County Road 80 S. and U.S. 31 S., Franklin: An officer reported at 9:58 p.m. Tuesday that during a traffic stop for an obscured license plate, he observed the odor of burnt marijuana, after a search of the vehicle the officer found marijuana in the vehicle and the driver was arrested for possession of marijuana, once at the jail they also found he had baggies of marijuana in his pants and in his underwear.

Kyle Clifford Leftwich, 34, Indianapolis; arrested on a charge of contempt; held on $1,500 bond.

Joseph Lee Lipe, 55, Greenwood; arrested on a charge of probation violation; released on $500 bond.

Jake R. Rosinko, 42, Bloomington; arrested on a Johnson County warrant; held on $350 bond.

Daniel James Russ, 23, North Vernon; arrested on a Johnson County warrant; held without bond.

Benjamin Matthew Schooley, 23, Indianapolis; arrested on a charge of probation violation; held on $500 bond.

Cody L. Watkins, 31, Martinsville; arrested on a charge of habitual traffic violator; held on $1,200 bond.

Lee M. Wood, 47, Edinburgh; arrested on charges of interfering with law enforcement using a vehicle, reckless driving and operating a vehicle without ever obtaining a license; held on $3,200 bond.

Miles Stanford Wright, 33, Greenwood; arrested on a charge of driving while suspended with prior suspension; released on $250 bond.
