Personal-injury accident

3:45 p.m. Wednesday – N. Morton St. and Lemley St. David Marsh, 62, Franklin. Marsh reported having minor bleeding with injury to his elbow/lower arm. Tammy Savage, 57, Franklin. Savage reported having an abrasion with injury to her elbow/lower arm.

Property-damage accident

7 a.m. Wednesday – N. Graham Road and Earlywood Drive

Greenwood

Hit and Run

600 block of S. Madison Ave.: Reported at 7:02 p.m. Wednesday that a hit and run had occurred.

Narcotics

E. County Line Road and N. Meridian St.: Reported at 11:55 p.m. Wednesday that a woman was issued a summons to appear for possession of marijuana and operating a vehicle without ever receiving a valid license and a man was issued a summons to appear for possession of marijuana.

Phillip Aaron May, 44, Indianapolis; arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court; released on $485.50 bond.

Davonya L. Moses, 48, Aurora, Colorado; arrested on a Johnson County warrant; released on $1,200 bond.

Jason David Rodriquez, 44, Camby; arrested on charges of bond revocation and vehicle theft; held without bond.

Andrew Allan Rogers, 30, Franklin; arrested on a charge of probation violation; held without bond.

Brock Emerson Scott, 46, Martinsville; arrested on two out of county warrants; held without bond.

Ian B. Shull, 34, Franklin; arrested on a Johnson County warrant; held on $350 bond.
