BARGERSVILLE, IN.
V. Marie (Hawk) Farmer, 92 of Bargersville, IN. passed away Thursday, September 19, 2019 at Community Hospital South in Indianapolis, IN. She was born March 25, 1927 in Somerset, Kentucky to Rothel and Lottie (Harris) Hawk.
She married Clarence E. Farmer on March 2, 1956 in Franklin, IN., he preceded her in death on November 11, 1994.
She was a loving homemaker. She was a member of the Christian Church. She enjoyed spending time with her family and especially her grandchildren.
Survivors include her children Jerry Hawk (Louise) of Somerset, KY. And Margie A. Warren (Jeff) of Bargersville, IN., three grandchildren Scotty Hawk, Amanda Correll (Richie), and Natalie Warren, five great grandchildren, and one brother Fales Hawk of Somerset, KY.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, sister Marlene Dolen, brothers Charles Hawk, Clinton Hawk, and Carlos Hawk.
The Reverend David Hawk will conduct a service on Tuesday, September 24, 2019 at 3 p.m. at Swartz Family Community Mortuary and Memorial Center 300 South U.S. 31 (Morton Street) in Franklin, IN. where friends may call Tuesday from 1 p.m. till service time at the mortuary. Burial will follow at Nebo Memorial Park Cemetery in Martinsville, IN.
