(4) Chemical level not being logged as their SOP’s specifically state, pH pen directions state you must use distilled water – distilled water not provided, using tap water. (5) Excessive mold on bag of food located in the chest cooler with the avocados. (6) No one in charge. (7) Small flies observed. (8) Flip-top deli cooler not at proper temperature.

(3) Whole milk temperature is not at proper temperature inside the two door cooler by the fryer. (4) Hot water not functioning at the three bay sink. (5) Reverse osmosis drain line is directly connected to sanitary sewer. (6) Three containers of Tutti Frutti contained a best before date while on a shelf for sale in the grocery area, corrected removed from sale.
