Hit and Run

750 E. State Road 44, Franklin School Transportation Department: Reported at 3:34 p.m. Monday that four vehicles had been struck by a Suzuki which was no longer at the scene, the driver was later found and arrested on several charges.

Personal-injury accidents

6:16 p.m. Sunday – E. County Line Road and N. Emerson Ave. Teresa Amberger, 60, Indianapolis. Amberger reported having pain and injury to her back.

11:09 a.m. Sunday – E. Main St. and S. Emerson Ave. Natalie Lee, 49, Greenwood. Lee reported having pain and injury to her hip/upper leg.

12:21 a.m. Sunday – I-65 S. at mile marker 98.7. Bernadine Vincent, 33, Indianapolis. Vincent reported having pain and injury to her shoulder/upper arm.

2147 W. Smith Valley Road, Hot Box: Reported at 8:49 p.m. Monday that a theft had occurred.

920 U.S. 31 N., Johnny Carino’s: Reported at 8:45 p.m. Monday that a theft had occurred.

1133 N. Emerson Ave., Walmart: Reported at 6:52 p.m. Monday that a man was arrested for theft and resisting law enforcement.

1251 U.S. 31 N. JC Penney: Reported at 6:34 p.m. Monday that shoplifting and a arrested had occurred.

1251 U.S. 31 N. Von Maur: Reported at 5:27 p.m. Monday that shoplifting had occurred.

2622 U.S. 31 S., U-Haul: Reported at 2:42 p.m. Monday a stolen U-Haul trailer has been missing since August.

223 W. Main St., Smocktown Brewery: Reported at 11:36 a.m. Monday that a theft had occurred.

Fraud

800 block of Silverleaf Drive, Greenwood: A woman reported at 12:03 p.m. Monday that someone had changed the amount on a check she had mailed and then cashed it in Virginia.
