Personal-injury accident

12:09 p.m. Thursday – E. King St. and Hougham St. Victoria Schroeder, 75, Franklin. Schroeder reported having a fracture/dislocation with injury to her elbow/lower arm. Joy Rieger, 62, Franklin. Rieger reported having pain and injury to her chest.

Thefts

N. Graham Road and Commerce Drive: A officer reported at 6:38 p.m. Saturday that a man was pushing a large TV down the road on a shopping cart and was in the roadway. After stopping the man he said he had just purchased the TV at Walmart and was taking it home. The officer called Walmart and a manager said he left without paying and took the cart without permission, the man was arrested for theft and the items were returned.

1000 block of Hospital Road: A woman reported at 12:30 p.m. Saturday that someone took four candy cane yard decorations out of her yard sometime overnight.

1000 block of Hospital Road: A woman reported at 10:52 a.m. Saturday that several Christmas decorations had been stolen from her front yard.

Thefts

1000 block of Sugar Maple Drive: Reported at 9:53 p.m. Sunday that a stolen plate had occurred.

1133 N. Emerson Ave., Walmart: Reported at 8:44 p.m. Sunday that a theft had occurred.

1251 U.S. 31 N., Sephora: Reported at 11:37 a.m. Sunday that a theft had occurred.

860 U.S. 31 S., Rural King: Reported at 8:51 p.m. Saturday that a theft had occurred.

1133 N. Emerson Ave., Walmart: Reported at 6:32 p.m. Saturday that a man was issued a summons for shoplifting.

300 Marlin Drive, Menard’s: Reported at 4:51 p.m. Saturday that a theft investigation had occurred.

1251 U.S. 31 N., Von Maur: Reported at 3:54 p.m. Saturday that a woman was arrested and released on a summons to appear for theft.

1133 N. Emerson Ave., Walmart: Reported at 10:18 a.m. Saturday that a theft had occurred.

562 Fry Road, Best Buy: Reported at 5:13 p.m. Friday that shoplifting had occurred.

Johnson County

Criminal Mischief

7000 block of S. Georgetown Road, Nineveh: A man reported at 6:52 p.m. Sunday that someone had busted out his exterior door window and glass had gotten inside his residence.

Narcotics

W. County Line Road and N. Peterman Road, Greenwood: A deputy reported at 12:40 p.m. Saturday that during a traffic stop for an expired registration he detected the odor of marijuana and after a search narcotics were found and the driver was issued a summons for possession of controlled substance and the vehicle owner was issued a warning for driving with expired plates.

S. I-69 and W. State Road 144, Bargersville: A deputy reported at 9:55 p.m. Friday that during a traffic stop for an expired license plate he detected the odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle. After a search of the vehicle marijuana was located in a bag, the driver of the vehicle was issued a summons for possession of marijuana and the passenger/owner of the vehicle was issued a ticket for operating a vehicle with an expired license plate.

4000 block of Raintree Blvd., Greenwood: Reported at 4:34 a.m. Sunday that a theft had occurred.
