Hit and Run

55 S. Morton St., RNR Tire Express: Reported at 5:34 p.m. Tuesday that a hit and run had occurred.

Personal-injury accident

7:15 p.m. Tuesday – W. King St. and Breckenridge St. Julia Robbins, 70, Franklin. Robbins reported having pain and injury to her shoulder/upper arm.

Property-damage accidents

8:25 p.m. Tuesday – 1000 block of Brookshire Drive

5:34 p.m. Tuesday – N. Morton St. and W. Jefferson St.

9:25 a.m. Tuesday – 1139 N. Morton St., parking lot

5:29 a.m. Tuesday – Commerce Drive and Morton St.

1:20 a.m. Tuesday – S. Home Ave. and E. Jefferson St.

Thefts

1000 block of Hospital Road: A woman reported at 8:28 p.m. Tuesday juveniles had placed stolen Christmas decorations in her yard, which had been stolen from neighboring yards.

1000 block of Aquila Lane: A woman reported at 9:02 a.m. Tuesday that one of her security cameras was missing, presumably stolen.

900 block of Johnson Ave.: A woman reported at 8:15 a.m. Tuesday that her vehicle was left unlocked and now a package from her trunk was missing.

Hit and Run

1678 Fry Road, Kenosis Counseling: Reported at 6:59 p.m. Tuesday that a hit and run and occurred.

Narcotics

U.S. 31 S. and W. Smith Valley Road: Reported at 10:54 p.m. Tuesday that three juveniles were arrested and released for possession of marijuana.

Personal-injury accidents

5:18 p.m. Saturday – E. Worthsville Road and N. County Road 200 E. Jason Lumpford, 43, Greenwood. Lumpford reported having a abrasion with injury to his elbow/lower arm.

6:41 p.m. Friday – State Road 135 and Smith Valley Road. Joshua King, 49, Indianapolis. King reported having pain and injury to his back.

2:08 p.m. Sunday – E. Main St. and I-65

8:48 p.m. Saturday – U.S. 31 and Madison Ave.

5:40 p.m. Friday – State Road 135 and Fry Road

3:04 p.m. Friday – I-65 and E. Main St.

Thefts

1133 N. Emerson Ave., Walmart: Reported at 10:03 p.m. Tuesday that a theft had occurred.

550 Fry Road, Kohl’s: Reported at 5:58 p.m. Tuesday that a woman was arrested for theft with prior conviction and possession of paraphernalia.

1251 U.S. 31 N., Von Maur: Reported at 5:17 p.m. Tuesday that a woman was arrested for theft and released on a summons to appear for court, also two other women were trespassed from the property.

355 Fry Road, Extra Space Storage: Reported at 10:06 a.m. Tuesday that a theft had occurred.

Fraud

2000 block of Mullinix Road, Greenwood: A man reported at 4:47 p.m. Tuesday that he had received a call from someone he thought was from his bank, they told him his account had been compromised and they needed him to authorize a money transfer from his current account to a secure account, he figured out it was a scam when he went to his bank to make a claim.

5:45 p.m. Monday – U.S. 31 and County Road 150 S., Franklin

4:52 a.m. Sunday – Old State Road 37 and Center Drive, Greenwood

6:20 a.m. Saturday – County Road 600 S. and County Road 100 E., Nineveh

Matthew Sean Capps, 51, Columbus; arrested on charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia and wanted on an out of county warrant; held without bond.

Anthony W. Adams, 42, Indianapolis; arrested on a charge of probation violation; held without bond.

Michael Shane Stutz, 54, Bargersville; arrested on an out of state warrant; held without bond.

Andrew B. Musselman, 31, Greenwood; arrested on a charge of intimidation with a deadly weapon; held on $3,300 bond.

Michelle Nunez, 24, Indianapolis; arrested on a Johnson County warrant and wanted on an out of county warrant; held without bond.

Trina Rena Scott, 44, Greenwood; arrested on charges of theft-shoplifting with prior conviction and possession of paraphernalia; held on $2,200 bond.

Jose Saavedra Alvarado, 28, Indianapolis; arrested on a charge of operating a vehicle without ever obtaining a license and wanted on an out of county warrant; held without bond.

Richard J. Laker Jr., 44, Indianapolis; arrested on a charge of habitual traffic violator; released on $3,300 bond.

William Harold Bowker Jr., 69, Columbus; arrested on a charge of probation violation; held without bond.

Abraham Lopez Perez, 39, Indianapolis; arrested on a Johnson County warrant; held on $500 bond.

Ryan C. Watts, 39, Pendleton; arrested on a Johnson County warrant; held on $540 bond.
