750 U.S. 31 N., Tom O’Brien Chrysler: Reported at 1:01 p.m. Monday that criminal mischief had occurred.

Fraud

901 S. State Road 135, First Merchants Bank: Reported at 3:24 p.m. Friday that a fraud had occurred.

Narcotics

800 block of Cherry Tree Lane: Reported at 2:52 p.m. Monday that a man was cited and released for possession of paraphernalia.

Thefts

355 Fry Road, Extra Space Storage: Reported at 9:53 a.m. Monday that a storage unit was broken into.

1251 U.S. 31 N., Greenwood Park Mall: Reported at 7:44 p.m. Sunday the theft of a vehicle had occurred.

1251 U.S. 31 N., Von Maur: Reported at 3 p.m. Sunday that shoplifting had occurred.

887 E. Main St., Intown Suites: Reported at 1:34 p.m. Sunday the theft from an unoccupied parked vehicle had occurred sometime overnight.

1000 block of Newark Court: Reported at 10:46 a.m. Sunday the theft of Christmas presents that were in a vehicle parked in the driveway had occurred.

550 Fry Road, Kohl’s: Reported at 12:29 a.m. Sunday that a theft had occurred.

Narcotics

W. Smith Valley Road and Hiatt Ave.: Reported at 4:54 p.m. Saturday that during a traffic stop for speeding a deputy detected the odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle and after a search the passenger stated she had marijuana in her purse, she was issued a summons for possession of marijuana and the driver was issued a ticket for expired plates and a warning for speeding.
