The public is invited to join Aspire Johnson County and James Emmett and Company for an event to help people with barriers and disabilities learn about local companies and the career paths they offer.
Attendees will hear short presentations from employers and then there will be open time for networking and questions. It is open to local students and the community.
The event will be held in the LGI room at Central Nine Career Center, 1999 U.S. 31 South, Greenwood from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m on Friday.
Companies participating are McDonald’s, Levy Restaurants at Gainbridge Fieldhouse and Sprague Hotel Developers.
Attendees are asked to bring ID and allow time to check in at the main desk.
