Criminal Mischief

3000 block of Westpointe Drive: A man reported at 12:42 p.m. Sunday that someone used a BB gun and shot at his vehicle and it made a circular crack in the front windshield.

Hit and Run

1550 N. Morton St., Bradley Car Wash: A woman reported at 8:49 a.m. Friday that another vehicle bumped her vehicle, she pulled over to the shoulder but the other vehicle did not stop.

5867 N. State Road 135, Antilogy: Reported at 8:29 p.m. Monday that a battery had occurred.

Narcotics

Christy Drive and Mikes Way: Reported at 9:37 p.m. Monday that a man was issued a summons to appear for possession of controlled substance as the result of a traffic stop.

Thefts

882 S. State Road 135, Walmart: Reported at 5:05 p.m. Monday that a woman was arrested for theft and two Johnson County warrants.

882 S. State Road 135, Walmart: Reported at 3:36 p.m. Monday that shoplifting had occurred.

882 S. State Road 135, Walmart: Reported at 1:33 p.m. Monday that a theft had occurred.

860 U.S. 31 S., Rural King: Reported at 1:07 p.m. Monday that a theft had occurred.

2101 Independence Drive, Ace Hardware: Reported at 9 a.m. Monday that two snow blowers were stolen from the store.

Johnson County

Narcotics

Mount Pleasant E. St. and Mount Pleasant S. St., Greenwood: A deputy reported at 11:35 p.m. Friday that during a traffic stop for non-functioning license plate lights, he detected the odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle and after a search two weigh scales with green like substance on them were located. The driver was issued two criminal summons for possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia, a ticket for driving while suspended-infraction and a warning for the non-functioning license plate lights.

2600 Cumberland Drive, Franklin High School, Franklin: Reported at 9:44 a.m. Friday that a juvenile admitted they were sick after vaping THC during a sport practice and after a search of their book bag two THC (marijuana) vape devices and one nicotine vape device were located.

Theft

1091 Hospital Road, Johnson County jail, Franklin: Reported at 9:09 p.m. Monday that a theft and credit card fraud had occurred.

Trinidad Fidel De La Cruz, 26, Indianapolis; arrested on a charge of operating a vehicle without ever obtaining a license; held on $1,000 bond.

Jason Andrews Gonterman, 42, New Whiteland; arrested on a charge of theft; released on $1,200 bond.

Nyshayla Anntoinette Blackman, 19, Greenwood; arrested on a charge of criminal conversion and wanted on two Johnson County warrants; held on $1,600 bond.

Evan A. Dollinger, 27, Greenwood; arrested on a charge of domestic battery with moderate bodily injury; held on $1,200 bond.

Charles T. Ferguson, 31, Nineveh; arrested on charges of possession of methamphetamine and possession of cocaine or narcotic drug; released on $2,400 bond.

Bryan Boyd Broaddus, 34, Indianapolis; arrested on a Johnson County warrant and wanted on an out of county warrant; held without bond.
