Thomas Richard Hyde, 81, of Greenwood, passed away on January 16, 2024, in Indianapolis. Thomas was born to Richard Watson Hyde & Alice Marie (Olsen) Diesh on September 28, 1942, in Beech Grove, IN. He worked at the railroad for many years and at Arvin for 10 years until he retired in 2004.
Thomas was preceded in death by his parents.
Thomas is survived by his wife of 63 years Donna K. Hyde (Hawkins), Children, Ronda J. Hyde, Thomas (Kevin) Hyde, Shelley D. Hyde, Siblings, Nancy L. Cooke, Gary D. Hyde and Karen D. Burt.
A visitation will take place Tuesday, January 23, 2024, at Singleton & St. Pierre Funeral Home, 7602 Madison Ave., Indianapolis, IN from 11 am to 1pm. A funeral service will immediately follow the visitation at the funeral home. The burial will take place at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Greenwood following the service.
