Thefts
1707 N. Morton St., Indy Smoke Time: Reported at 6:34 p.m. Wednesday that a man stole a smoking accessory before leaving the store and then fled in a silver vehicle, he was later located and arrested.
2125 N. Morton St., Walmart: A woman reported at 2:47 p.m. Wednesday that she had her phone stolen while she was shopping at the store.

355 Fry Road, Extra Space Storage: Reported at 2:57 p.m. Thursday that criminal mischief had occurred.
Hit and Run
1133 N. Emerson Ave., Walmart: Reported at 6:03 p.m. Thursday that a hit and run had occurred.
Personal-injury accidents
12:53 p.m. Wednesday – County Line Road and Scarborough Lane. Raquel Bolanos, 24, Indianapolis. Bolanos reported having pain and injury to her entire body.
11:24 a.m. Wednesday – State Road 135 and Goodwill Drive. Charles Deeter, 76, Greenwood. Deeter reported having pain and injury to his knee/lower leg/foot.
