Johnson County women’s conference to focus on conflict, collaboration

Women are invited to join together for a day of leadership development.

This year’s Leadership Johnson County women’s conference is centered around topics in conflict and collaboration. The first session, Women In Leadership: Moving From Conflict To Collaboration, is led by facilitator Nichole Williams. She will provide insights into how personalities affect conflict and how perspective switching can be a valuable tool.

In the afternoon, Amanda Stevenson-Holmes will lead participants through discussions on dealing with difficult people, creating psychologically safe environments and collaboration.

The workshop will be Feb. 9 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Compass Park, 690 State Street
Franklin.

Tickets are $115 per person for Leadership Johnson County Signature Program graduates, Franklin College alumni, Franklin and Indy Chamber of Commerce members, and Aspire Johnson County members. General public pricing is $135 per person. Group discounts are available.
