Narcotics

1421 N. Morton St., parking lot: A officer reported at 4:54 p.m. Wednesday that during a traffic stop for improper license plate registration, the passenger had a prescription pill bottle that was not in her name inside her purse. She was arrested for possession of a legend drug and transported to the jail.

Personal-injury accident

8:01 a.m. Wednesday – N. Main St. and Circle Drive. Jesse O’Brien, 61, Edinburgh. O’Brien reported having pain and injury to his chest.

791 S. State Road 135, Forum Credit Union: Reported at 4:10 p.m. Wednesday that a fraud had occurred.

1000 block of Plymouth Rock Way: Reported at 3:46 p.m. Wednesday that an attempted fraud had occurred.

300 block of Southbridge Circle: Reported at 10:31 a.m. Wednesday that an attempted fraud had occurred.

Theft

937 Fry Road, Greenwood Health and Rehab: Reported at 2:05 p.m. Wednesday that a theft had occurred.

Johnson County

Narcotics

N. Madison Ave. and Fry Road, Greenwood: A officer reported at 4:58 p.m. Wednesday that during a traffic stop for distracted driving, he detected the odor of raw marijuana coming from the vehicle. After a search of the vehicle several tubes that had marijuana residue inside as well as another container, also in the trunk of the vehicle a wooden box that contained a smoking pipe, marijuana stems and a baggie of loose tobacco were found. The driver was issued a summons for the possession of paraphernalia and released from the scene.

W. County Line Road and N. Madison Ave., Greenwood: A officer reported at 3:04 p.m. Wednesday that during a traffic stop for an expired license plate, a deputy’s K9 partner alerted to a presence of narcotics in the vehicle. After a search of the vehicle, a bag of green leafy substance was found and the driver was issued a summons for the possession of marijuana and a citation for driving while suspended.

625 Grizzly Cub Drive, Franklin Middle School, Franklin: Reported at 2:29 p.m. Wednesday that a student was caught with vape devices and one device tested positive for marijuana, the student was issued a citation for unlawful possession of tobacco.

Theft

1000 block of Hospital Road, Franklin: A woman reported at 5:25 a.m. Thursday that sometime last night someone took her vehicle from her driveway.

Stacy Dawn Foist, 50, Edinburgh; arrested on a charge of possession of legend drug or precursor; released on $1,200 bond.

Cassondra Lou Hancock, 41, Greenwood; arrested on a charge of invasion of privacy; released on $1,000 bond.

Juliana M. West, 56, Bargersville; arrested on charges of criminal recklessness, pointing a firearm and intimidation with a deadly weapon; held on $5,500 bond.

Mats Gonzalez, 28, Indianapolis; arrested on a charge of operating a vehicle without ever obtaining a license; held on $1,000 bond.

Terriyon D. Conners, 22, Greenwood; arrested on a Johnson County warrant; held on $500 bond.
