Theft
2125 N. Morton St., Walmart: A loss prevention employee reported at 1:02 p.m. Wednesday that a woman was seen taking tags off of items and putting those items into her jacket and bags. The woman admitted to taking the items and she was issued a citation for theft and trespassed from the store.

100 block of Hudson Bay Lane: Reported at 6:10 p.m. Wednesday that a theft from a vehicle had occurred.
1000 block of Mitis St.: Reported at 2 p.m. Wednesday that a theft had occurred.
1000 block of Elm Grove Way: Reported at 12:33 p.m. Wednesday that a theft from a vehicle had occurred.
3100 Meridian Parke Drive, Kroger: Reported at 12:31 p.m. Wednesday that a theft had occurred.
70 block of Hudson Bay Lane: Reported at 9:39 a.m. Wednesday that a theft had occurred.
1000 block of Barrington Drive: Reported at 8:08 a.m. Wednesday that a theft from a vehicle had occurred.

S. I-69 and W. State Road 144, Bargersville: A deputy reported at 6:40 a.m. Thursday that during a traffic stop for speeding, he detected the odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle and after a search marijuana was located in the vehicle. The driver was issued a summons for possession of marijuana and citations for driving while suspended and speeding, her vehicle was also towed from the scene.
Wood Creek Place and Long Rifle Road, Greenwood: A deputy reported at 12:33 p.m. Wednesday that during a traffic stop for driver not wearing a seat belt, a deputy detected the odor of marijuana coming from within the vehicle. After a search of the vehicle the passenger was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia.
