Leadership Johnson County hosting workshop on high-performance organizations

The virtual session will feature a panel of leaders from high-performance organizations and hear firsthand what they do daily to foster a high-performance organization.

The workshop will be held on Feb. 22 from 11 a.m to noon and will be held via Zoom. A panel discussion will be led by Wendy Pottgen of HR All-Day Pottgen Consulting, joining her will be panelists Beau Jackson of Modern Woodmen and Kimberly Morgan of GOJO Industries.

Participants will learn:

  • What is a high-performance organization?
  • What are the factors required for a high-performance organization?
  • What are the benefits of a high-performance culture?

Registration is required. Cost is $20 per person.
