936 N. Morton St., O’Reilly Auto Parts: A loss prevention employee reported at 3:08 p.m. Tuesday that a employee had admitted doing nine fraudulent cash return transactions and then kept the money, the employee was issued a summons for theft and released from the scene.

Criminal Mischief
600 block of E. Main St.: Reported at 8:34 a.m. Tuesday that criminal mischief had occurred.
Narcotics
S. Madison Ave. and W. Smith Valley Road: Reported at 10:15 p.m. Tuesday that a woman was arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of methamphetamine and man was issued a summons for operating a vehicle without ever having a license.
Personal-injury accident
3:38 p.m. Monday – State Road 135 and Fry Road. Lavona Pearce, 94, Indianapolis. Pearce reported having pain and injury to her neck.

700 block of Wooddale Terrace: Reported at 5:26 p.m. Tuesday that a theft had occurred.
899 E. Main St., Village Pantry: Reported at 12:41 p.m. Tuesday that a theft/embezzlement had occurred.
2537 E. Main St., Midgard Self Storage: Reported at 11:36 a.m. Tuesday the theft from a storage unit had occurred.
300 Marlin Drive, Menard’s: Reported at 11:34 a.m. Tuesday the theft of three boxes from the bed of a work vehicle had occurred.

1000 School Bell Drive, Greenwood: A man reported at 10:44 a.m. Tuesday that a house under construction had three windows broken from the outside.
