James Hall

CONNERSVILLE

James Douglas Hall “Jimmy”, passed away unexpectedly at his residence on Monday, February 26, 2024, at the age of 61. He was born in Louisa, Kentucky on April 21, 1962, the son of the late Bennie Lee Hall Sr. and Nadine Preece Hall.

Jimmy graduated in 1981 from Whiteland High School. He chose to go into the manufacturing industry where he remained until his retirement in the 2010’s. Jimmy spent a majority of his adult life working for a factory in Franklin, Indiana.

On September 2, 2001 Jimmy married the love of his life, the former Faith Ford, under the pine trees in Bullet County, Kentucky. They celebrated 22 years together prior to his passing. Together, Jimmy and Faith attended Connersville Baptist Temple for worship.

Jimmy had a special place in his heart for gardening and creating jerky. He loved feeding people his prized possessions, whether that was canned tomatoes from his plants that grew over six feet, or inventing his secret recipe for the dill-pickle jerky people came to love. Jimmy enjoyed attending flea markets and trade shows to get the best bargain. The thing that Jimmy loved the most was spending time with his family.

Besides his wife, Faith Hall, he is survived by his children; daughters, Jessica (Michael) Liendo, Stacey Campbell, Amber (Jason) Sanders Hall, and son, Anthony Jacob Hall. He will be remembered by his grandchildren; Sofia Liendo, Noah Liendo, Xavier Liendo, Ladessa Sparks, Austin McCormick, Kenda McFarland, Kyle Leach, and his great-grandchild Ella Leach. He will be missed greatly by his siblings Robert Anthony (Kelly) Hall and Colleen Hall as well as several nieces and nephews.

Along with his parents he is preceded in death by a brother, Bennie Lee Hall Jr.
