Update on Daily Journal email outage

Due to an email provider switch, several Daily Journal email addresses were not receiving emails over the weekend into Tuesday.

If you have tried to send an email to a Daily Journal account and received an error or a message saying the email was blocked, we ask you to please try again. All email accounts seem to be working again as of Tuesday afternoon, however, the messages that we missed because of the outage will not be received unless they are resent to us.

Email accounts for individual employees in the newsroom and advertising departments were largely not affected by the outage. Impacted emails included [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected] and [email protected].
