Aspire Johnson County is now accepting nominations for their 2024 Business Awards.
The deadline to nominate a business is 5 p.m. April 10. Winners will be announced at Celebrate Aspire, which is set for 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. April 25 at The Garment Factory in Franklin.
The presenting sponsor for this year’s awards is First Financial Bank. Awards are being sponsored by Johnson Memorial Health and Citizens Bank Indiana, with photo opportunities sponsored by Franciscan Health, according to Aspire.
There are four award categories this year:
Green Business Award
This award celebrates a company that demonstrates qualified success in more than one of the following areas: social and environmental responsibility, climate justice, green living or green products. Nominees must show how they are building an economy that is sustainable, healthier and more prosperous, the chamber says.

Diversity in Business Award
Nominees for this award must have contributed to harnessing diversity within their workforce and actively take the lead to promote and champion the business case for diversity within the community or their industries. This award celebrates diversity and inclusion in the workforce, according to Aspire.

Business Success Award Non-Profit
This award celebrates business success for non-profit organizations. Nominees must demonstrate qualified success in more than one of the following areas: growth and stability; commitment to quality; creative/unique solutions to challenges; and entrepreneurial spirit, the chamber says.
