1133 N. Emerson Ave., Walmart: Reported at 12:06 p.m. Wednesday that two people were arrested and released on a citation for theft.

Hit and Run
1125 W. Jefferson St., JMH, Franklin: A woman reported at 4:42 p.m. Wednesday that someone had scraped the front fender of her vehicle while she was parked in the parking lot.
Narcotics
2600 Cumberland Drive, Franklin High School, Franklin: A school resource officer reported at 2:06 p.m. Wednesday that several students were found in a bathroom and after a search of their possession, THC vape cartridges and a device for charging a vape device was found and the contents tested positive for marijuana.
