WHITELAND
Connie Jo Kunz, 77 of Whiteland, passed away on Wednesday, May 15, 2024.
She was born on April 11, 1947 in Martinsville, Indiana. Her parents were Robert and Janice (Williams) Eaton. Connie married Frederick R. Kunz on March 25, 1972. He preceded her in passing on January 29, 2008. She is survived by sons, Chris Kunz (Dana) and Todd Kunz (Stacie) and grandchildren, Brant Kunz, Haley Kunz, Mitchell Kunz, Kai Kunz, Dane Kunz, Griffin Kunz, Kasen Kunz and Bristol Kunz. She was preceded in passing by her parents, Robert and Janice Eaton and Frederick Robinson (Sara).
Connie was a 1965 graduate of Martinsville High School.
Connie was a Homemaker. She also worked for Mr. D’s; Kacey’s Restaurant in Whiteland and as a Teacher’s aide at Whiteland Elementary School.
She enjoyed playing bingo and playing bridge. She was an avid IU Basketball fan. Connie enjoyed conversing with her neighbors, enjoyed vacations to the beach and loved spending time with her grandchildren.
Visitation for family and friends will be Sunday, May 19, 2024 from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Flinn and Maguire Funeral Home, 2898 North Morton Street, (U.S. 31 North) in Franklin with a Celebration of Life Service on Monday, May 20, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Bluff Creek Cemetery in Bargersville, Indiana.
