1000 block of Hospital Road: A man reported at 9:50 a.m. Friday that his backpack with his firearm in it was stolen while he was fishing.

Battery
1251 U.S. 31 N., Greenwood Park Mall: Reported at 1:39 p.m. Saturday that a man was arrested for four counts of battery with injury, three counts of felony resisting with injury, two counts of misdemeanor resisting and one count of felony attempt to disarm an officer.
700 block of Ashmore Drive: Reported at 11:50 a.m. Saturday that a man was arrested for battery.
Fraud
1000 block of Feather Reed Lane: Reported at 3:24 p.m. Friday that a fraud had occurred.
Thefts
1133 N. Emerson Ave., Walmart: Reported at 4:55 p.m. Sunday that a man was arrested for theft with a prior conviction.
2537 E. Main St., Main Street Self Storage: Reported at 5:11 p.m. Saturday that a theft had occurred.

6000 block of S. County Road 300 W., Trafalgar: A woman reported at 6:53 p.m. Friday that a fraud had occurred.
Hit and Run
3816 Hospital Road, Camp Atterbury main gate, Edinburgh: Reported at 8:09 p.m. Sunday that a hit and run had occurred.
Narcotics
E. County Road 650 S. and County Road 700 E., Edinburgh: An officer reported at 3:33 p.m. Sunday that during a traffic stop he detected the odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle and the driver handed him a mason jar with residue in it and a wooden dugout. The driver was issued a summons for possession of paraphernalia and a ticket for driving while suspended.
S. Morgantown Road and Aquaduct Drive, Greenwood: An officer reported at 2 a.m. Sunday that during a traffic stop for speeding that he detected the odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle and the driver admitted to having marijuana in the vehicle. The driver was issued a summons for possession of marijuana and citations for speeding and driving while suspended.
U.S. 31 S. and E. County Road 250 S., Franklin: An officer reported at 9:27 p.m. Saturday that during a traffic stop for improper turning he detected the odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle and the driver admitted to having marijuana in the vehicle. The driver was issued a criminal summons for possession of marijuana with prior conviction and two warnings for improper turn and left lane violation.
E. King St. and Umbarger Lane, Franklin: An officer reported at 9:02 p.m. Friday that during a traffic stop for turning without signaling he detected the odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle. The passenger admitted to having a marijuana vape pen and was issued a summons for possession of marijuana, a summons for minor consumption of alcohol, the driver was issued a summons for driving while suspended with prior conviction, failure to signal and a warning for failure to carry a licence.
