1000 block of Galaxie Drive: Reported at 11:39 a.m. Wednesday that a fraud had occurred.
600 block of Harmony Way: Reported at 11:37 a.m. Wednesday that a fraud had occurred.
Thefts
1133 N. Emerson Ave., Walmart: Reported at 2:51 p.m. Wednesday that a man was arrested for theft.
2000 block of Thorium Drive: Reported at 9:32 a.m. Wednesday that a theft had occurred.
Johnson County
Personal-injury crash
7:26 a.m. Wednesday — County Road 650 S. and County Road 700 E., Franklin. A man, 59, reported having an abrasion with injury to his head.
Property-damage crash
5:30 p.m. Tuesday — County Road 500 N. and County Road 400 W., Bargersville
Theft
E. County Road 225 S. and S. Nineveh Road, Franklin: A man reported at 12:43 p.m. Wednesday that he had left is keys in his unlocked vehicle and it was stolen from where he was working. The vehicle was later found and the driver was arrested for vehicle theft, resisting law enforcement using a vehicle and criminal trespassing.

Catalina Colin, 50, Greenwood; arrested on a charge of domestic battery; held on $1,000 bond.
Jimmy Rodger Smith, 30, Franklin; arrested on charges of vehicle theft, resisting law enforcement using a vehicle and criminal trespassing; held on $3,400 bond.
Tawk Nawl, 40, Indianapolis; arrested on a charge of probation violation; held without bond.
Joga Singh, 25, Morgantown; arrested on a charge of operating a vehicle without ever obtaining a license; released on $1,000 bond.
Brooke Nicole Wills, 39, Albuquerque, New Mexico; arrested on charges of domestic battery, possession of hypodermic syringe or needle and possession of paraphernalia; held on $3,200 bond.
Terriyon D. Conners, 23, Greenwood; arrested on a Johnson County warrant; held on $250 bond.
