Narcotics

1079 N. Morton St., parking lot: An officer reported at 10:42 p.m. Thursday that during a traffic stop for expired plate that the driver admitted to having marijuana and paraphernalia in the vehicle, he was issued a summons for possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia and issued a warning for operating a vehicle with expired plates.

Personal-injury crash

4:57 p.m. Thursday — Circle Drive at mile marker 290. A juvenile, 17, reported having a fracture/dislocation to his knee/lower leg/foot.

Thefts

2125 N. Morton St., Walmart: Loss prevention reported at 4:19 p.m. Thursday that a man was seen collecting a cart full of high ticket items and five small ticket items. He gets to the checkout, shows the Walmart employee a fake receipt for the high ticket items, then pays for the smaller items and leaves the store in a white van.

1000 block of W. Jefferson St.: A man reported at 9:58 p.m. Wednesday that he believes someone stole his catalytic converter from his vehicle.

1000 block of Sawgrass Drive: A man reported at 1:39 p.m. Wednesday that his wallet was stolen from his vehicle overnight and fraudulent transactions were made on his debit/credit cards.

Trespassing

501 S. Morton St., Tearman Motel: The manager reported at 3:26 p.m. Wednesday that he wanted a visitor trespassed from the property.

Fraud

100 block of Imel Way: Reported at 11:34 a.m. Thursday that someone needed help dealing with scammers through a trucking company.

Hit and Run

I-65 and E. County Line Road: Reported at 8:13 p.m. Thursday that as a result of a hit and run, someone was arrested and released on a summons to appear for leaving the scene of a property damage crash.

1251 U.S. 31 N., Dick’s Sporting Goods: Reported at 4:03 p.m. Thursday that a hit and run had occurred.

1595 U.S. 31 S., Aldi: Reported at 11:10 a.m. Thursday that a hit and run had occurred.

Personal-injury crash

5:18 p.m. Wednesday — State Road 135 and Stones Crossing Road. A woman, 22, reported having pain and injury to her hip/upper leg.

Residential Entry

3000 block of Monterey Drive: Reported at 10:54 p.m. Thursday that a residential entry had occurred.

Narcotics

200 block of St. Charles Way, Whiteland: An officer reported at 12 p.m. Thursday that during a probation home check for a man living there, he located paraphernalia and cocaine in the residence and a vehicle. The following offenses were committed: possession of cocaine, possession of paraphernalia and possession of a device used to interfere with a screening test and the man was arrested and transported to the jail.

Claiborne Annanis Lamont Reed, 33, Greenwood; arrested on charges of possession of firearm by a serious violent felon, unlawful carrying of a handgun and theft of a firearm; held on $22,200 bond.

Xiaolin Ran, 58, Franklin; arrested on a charge of public indecency-prostitution; held on $1,000 bond.

James D. Johnson, 36, Indianapolis; arrested on a Johnson County warrant; held on $250 bond.

Justin Michael Robinson, 30, Indianapolis; arrested on a Johnson County warrant; released on $250 bond.

Collin James Mankin, 32, Edinburgh; arrested on charges of battery against public safety official engaged in official duty, interfering with public safety, public intoxication by alcohol and public nudity; released on $22,000 bond.

Eliyah Chanae Marie Porter, 23, Indianapolis; arrested on a Johnson County warrant; held on $300 bond.

Michael Johnson, 49, Greenwood; arrested on charges of possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish/saliva and battery against a public safety official; held on $4,300 bond.

TeDajah P. Miller, 23, Indianapolis; arrested on a charge of false identity statement, victim does not exist; held on $2,000 bond.

James V. Cook, 67, Greenwood; arrested on charges of intimidation and domestic battery knowing in the presence of a child; held on $6,000 bond.

Rachael Nicole Williams, 32, Greenwood; arrested on charges of resisting law enforcement using a vehicle, operating a vehicle while intoxicated and aggressive driving; held on $3,000 bond.

Mary Lou Barger, 50, Indianapolis; arrested on a charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated; held on $1,000 bond.

Latrice Nicole Gamill, 35, Indianapolis; arrested on a charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated; held on $1,000 bond.
