Hit and Run
651 S. State St., Homeview Health: A man reported at 5:28 p.m. Saturday that he was visiting a relative and when he walked outside he saw damage to his vehicle on the passenger rear door and bumper.
Personal-injury crash
5:30 p.m. Saturday — Turning Leaf Drive and Spring Meadow. A juvenile, 14, reported having minor bleeding with injury to their elbow/lower arm.

Thefts
2239 N. Morton St., Dollar Tree: A woman reported at 1:15 p.m. Sunday that her phone was stolen from the store while she was working. A man was seen on security camera footage taking the phone, he was later found and arrested.
1000 block of Hospital Road: A man reported at 9:16 a.m. Friday that his license plate had been stolen off his vehicle.

County Line Road and Shelby St.: Reported at 10:42 p.m. Sunday that a man was issued a summons for possession of marijuana.

713 Fry Road, Indy Smoke Time: Reported at 7:05 p.m. Sunday that a theft had occurred.
150 Marlin Drive, Meijer: Reported at 2:14 p.m. Saturday that shoplifting had occurred.
2537 E. Main St., Midgard Self Storage: Reported at 12:13 p.m. Saturday the theft from a storage unit had occurred.
1000 block of Bexley Run: Reported at 8:32 a.m. Saturday that a vehicle theft had occurred.
2622 U.S. 31 S., U-Haul: Reported at 12:45 p.m. Friday that a theft had occurred.

Narcotics
1402 E. County Line Road, Community South, Indianapolis: An officer reported at 1:46 a.m. Monday that after serving a warrant a woman, narcotics were found concealed on her body and she was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and a Johnson County warrant.
