GREENWOOD
Loretta F. Dougherty passed peacefully into the arms of Jesus on June 15, 2024. Her loving husband Phillip L. Dougherty soon followed her on June 16, 2024.
Loretta was born on December 8, 1943 in Cincinnati, OH. She was the daughter of the late Charles and Martha Cole.
Phillip was born on October 1, 1937 in Greenwood, IN. He was the son of the late John and Josephine Dougherty.
They were married on November 29, 1964.
They are lovingly remembered by their daughters Annette (Mark) Goins and Angie (Jonathan) Johnston. Dearly missed by their grandchildren Allyson (Matt) Webb, Evan Goins, Marissa (Logan) Seng, Madeline Johnston and three great-grandchildren Olivia, Colton and Iris.
They will be missed by several brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews.
Loretta retired from Eli Lilly &Co and Phillip retired from Johnson County Farm Bureau Co-Op.
Pastor Kerry Huffman will conduct funeral services Monday, June 24th, at Jessen Funeral Home &Simple Cremation in Whiteland. Friends and family may visit 11am – 1pm with services at 1pm.
