Hit and Run
1070 W. Jefferson St., Otterbein: Reported at 2:17 p.m. Wednesday that an officer was able to catch up to a vehicle that was in a hit and run. The driver appeared to be under the influence, after failing the officers test, the driver was arrested on leaving the scene of a property damage crash, operating a while while intoxicated with prior conviction and several other charges.

2200 Independence Drive, Kroger: Reported at 8:12 p.m. Wednesday that a hit and run had occurred in the parking lot.
W. Smith Valley Road and S. Madison Ave.: Reported at 3:58 p.m. Wednesday that a hit and run had occurred.
Narcotics
200 Legacy Blvd., University Park: Reported at 8:40 p.m. Wednesday that a man was summons arrested for the possession of marijuana.

Thefts
10 block of Sayre Drive: Reported at 7:42 a.m. Thursday that a theft had occurred.
1000 block of Beacon Pointe Drive: Reported at 8:48 a.m. Wednesday that a theft had occurred.
1251 U.S. 31 N., JC Penney: Reported at 3:07 p.m. Wednesday that three women were arrested and released on a summons to appear for theft.

Narcotics
4661 N. State Road 135, Milam’s Used Cars, Bargersville: An officer reported at 5:03 a.m. Thursday that a vehicle was parked in the lot with its parking lights on, so they approached the vehicle and found a man asleep in the vehicle. After waking the man the officer observed a plastic case sitting on the passenger seat with a plant material in it. The driver admitted to having marijuana and methamphetamine in the vehicle and was arrested for possession of methamphetamine.

Eric Joseph Myrick, 28, Franklin; arrested on charges of failure to stop after an accident, possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish/salvia, operating a vehicle while intoxicated-endangerment, two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated with prior conviction; held on $5,200 bond.
Christy L. Ratliff, 50, Indianapolis; arrested on a charge of probation violation; held without bond.
