Criminal mischief

50 block of Dawn Drive: A caller reported at 9:34 a.m. Saturday that someone had gone through his car. The driver returned home around 1:20 a.m. the night before and heard his car alarm go off at approximately 1:45 a.m. The caller said it took them approximately one minute from the time the alarm sounded to get outside. The caller stated they found nothing out of the ordinary. However, when he came to the vehicle in the morning all of the contents of his center console had been placed in the passenger seat. The caller advised the vehicle’s latch system was broken and that one door can still be opened when the vehicle is locked. Nothing was missing from the vehicle.

E. County Line Road and Sherman Drive: Reported at 10:18 p.m. Saturday that a woman was arrested and released on a summons to appear for possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia.

Road rage

2200 Independence Drive, Kroger: Reported at 8:05 p.m. Saturday that road rage occured in the parking lot. A male in a white jeep waited for the female to leave the store to continue the altercation.

Property damage crashes

12:32 p.m. Tuesday — N. State Road 135 and W. County Line Road.

6:06 p.m. Tuesday — County Line Road and Madison Ave.

8 p.m. Wednesday — 2200 block of Independence Drive.

S. Morgantown Road and Olive Branch Road, Greenwood: A deputy reported at 8:27 p.m. Friday that he noticed an unrestrained child in the back seat of a vehicle. The male was pulled over north of Olive Branch Road and Morgantown Road. The driver apologized and said he just ran his son to the park. The deputy could smell marijuana in the vehicle while speaking to the driver, who said he did have some in the vehicle. The officer located the marijuana and gave the driver a citation for the marijuana and the unrestrained child.

Identity theft

2100 block of Partridge Drive, Franklin: At 1:17 p.m. Saturday, a sheriff’s deputy was dispatched on a report of identity theft. The caller showed a letter from Discover stating that they could not approve her loan for various reasons. One of the reasons for the denial was that the loan amount was too high. The letter was forwarded to the caller’s new address from her old address in Mooresville. The caller stated she did not apply for a Discover loan nor has she had any type of loan, credit or account with Discover. The woman contacted Discover’s fraud department who said they would investigate.

Carlos A Garcia, 36, Indianapolis; arrested on a charge of operating a vehicle without financial responsibility and operating a vehicle without ever obtaining a license; held without bond.

Ignacio De Jesus Castillo, 37, Taylorsville; arrested and booked on charges of operating a vehicle without ever obtaining a license; released on $250 bond.

Claudia Gonzalez-Loranca, 51, Indianapolis; arrested and booked on charges of operating a vehicle without ever obtaining a license; released on $500 bond.

Robert D Stegemoller, 24, Whiteland; arrested on a Johnson County warrant; released on $100 bond.

Jason Lee Arnold, 37, Greenwood; arrested on a charge of possession of a hypodermic syringe or needle and a Johnson County warrant; held without bond.

Jatinder Singh, 46, Greenwood; arrested on a charge of domestic battery in the presence of a child and operating a vehicle with an ACE of .15 or more; held without bond.

Rabia Nasir, 20, Greenwood; arrested on a charge of domestic battery; held on $1,000 bond.

Joer W. Gonzalez, 33, Indianapolis; arrested on charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated and operating a vehicle without obtaining a license; held on $1,000 bond.

Garrett Allen Shawn Simpson, 20, Edinburgh; arrested on a charge of domestic battery; held on $2,000 bond.

Given Tirra, 44, Greenwood; arrested on charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior conviction and endangerment; held on $2,200 bond.

Elijah Corneall Peoples, 21, Greenwood; arrested on charges of interfering with public safety, public intoxication, unauthorized entry of a motor vehicle, theft, escape and an out of state warrant; held without bond.

Jawon Ray Jones, 25, Franklin; arrested on charges of criminal trespass, possession of marijuana and an out of county warrant; held without bond.

Rigoberto Lumbi Castellon, 25, Columbus; arrested on charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, endangerment, criminal recklessness, leaving the scene of a property damage crash and operating a vehicle without ever obtaining a license; held on $5,000 bond.

Noah J. Springer, 54, Indianapolis; arrested on an out of county warrant; held without bond.

Christian Blair Stinemetz, 22, Franklin; arrested on a charge of driving while suspended; released on $250 bond.

Alex J Harper, 34, Edinburgh; arrested on a charge of possession of methamphetamine and an out of county warrant; held on $1,414.50 bond.

Abel R Luna, 23, Greenwood; arrested on charges of theft, unauthorized entry of a motor vehicle used in commission of a crime, criminal conversion and criminal mischief; held on $6,700 bond.

Dany Espinal, 29, Greenwood; arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court; released on $100 bond.

Darwin Keith Pryor, 58, Greenwood; arrested on charges of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and habitual traffic violator; held on $2,400 bond.
