Criminal Mischief
1251 U.S. 31 N., Spencer Gifts: A manager reported at 6:15 p.m. Tuesday that two men had taken a lubricant product off a shelf, opened it and covered other products in the store with it. The products were damaged beyond being able to be sold and valued them at approximately $500.
1300 Fry Road, Northwest Park: Reported at 8:42 a.m. Tuesday that criminal mischief had occurred.

1000 block of Juniper Lane: Reported at 4:16 p.m. Tuesday that a fraud had occurred.
545 Christy Drive, The Glass Guru: Reported at 1:45 p.m. Tuesday that a fraud had occurred.

4:01 p.m. Monday — Worthsville Road and U.S. 31. A woman, 57, reported having pain and injury to her head.
3:48 p.m. Monday — Main St. and Meadowview Lane. A man, 60, reported having pain and injury to his shoulder/upper arm. A woman, 74, reported having pain and injury to her entire body.

1000 block of Wallington Circle: Reported at 2:44 p.m. Tuesday that a theft had occurred.
2537 E. Main St., Midgard Self Storage: Reported at 1:43 p.m. Tuesday that a theft had occurred.

Residential Entry
2000 block of N. County Road 200 W., Franklin: A woman reported at 11:12 a.m. Tuesday that a man walked into her residence, got into the refrigerator and took two beers from it. She told him to leave several times and he did not, police arrested him for residential entry and criminal trespassing.
