GREENWOOD
Janettia E. Taylor, 101, of Greenwood, Indiana passed away Thursday, July 25, 2024.
She was born in Somerset, Kentucky on May 20, 1923 to the late Dewey and Loretta Price. Janettia’s faith was a cornerstone of her life.
She was very involved in First Baptist Church of Greenwood, and even served there as a custodian for a number of years.
She is survived by her loving son Howard Lee (Johnny) Taylor and his wife Doris; grandchildren Sherri Reed, Michelle Keen, Crystal Gregory; as well as 9 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will take place on Monday July 29, 2024, at Wilson St. Pierre Funeral Service & Crematory, 481 West Main Street Greenwood, Indiana 46142 from 11:00am-1:00pm followed by a funeral service beginning at 1:00pm.
