Fraud

2801 N. Morton St., police department: A woman reported at 1:20 p.m. Wednesday that she was selling a dress on the Facebook Market and the person who was buying it gave her the incorrect account number. When she called Zelle they wanted her to send $1,000 to them and they would send the money, but she stopped before she sent money realizing it was a scam.

6:14 p.m. Wednesday — 1043 W. Jefferson St., parking lot

8:50 a.m. Wednesday — E. King St. and Eastview Drive

Theft

1070 W. Jefferson St., Otterbein SeniorLife: A maintenance employee reported at 8:37 a.m. Wednesday that one of their buses had the catalytic converter stolen from it.

Burglary

10 block of Village Crossing: Reported at 4:54 p.m. Wednesday that a burglary had occurred.

Hit and Run

1251 U.S. 31 N., Applebees: Reported at 7:04 p.m. Wednesday that a hit and run had occurred.

Narcotics

1000 block of N. Emerson Ave.: Reported at 3:33 a.m. Thursday that a woman was issued a summons to appear in court for possession of marijuana.

Personal-injury crash

2:48 p.m. Wednesday — 1600 block of E. Main St. A man, 23, reported having minor bleeding with injury to his knee/lower leg/foot.

12:29 p.m. Wednesday — Endress Place and Pushville Road

11:25 a.m. Wednesday — 500 block of Rocky Meadow Drive

9:24 a.m. Wednesday — Main St. and I-65 S. exit ramp

Thefts

1001 N. State Road 135, Red Dog Books: Reported at 11:41 a.m. Wednesday that a theft and criminal mischief had occurred.

729 U.S. 31 S., Mattress Super Store: Reported at 11:13 a.m. Wednesday that a theft had occurred.

Battery

1091 Hospital Road, Johnson County jail, Franklin: Reported at 2:17 p.m. Wednesday that two inmates got into a fight and one inmate had to go to the emergency room for injuries.
