Several new retail offerings will soon arrive at the Greenwood Park Mall.
Simon Property Group, the owner of the mall, announced Tuesday that P.F. Chang’s, Verde Flavors of Mexico, Lovesac and Painting with a Twist would be coming to the mall. The company also announced two new stores were now open: MINISO and Sodom Rose, mall representatives said in a news release.

Painting with a Twist: This establishment is all about connecting with friends over a glass of wine, favorite snacks and a night of laughs, no artistic skills necessary. Painting with a Twist is set to open this fall and can be found near the outdoor fountain.
Lovesac: An American furniture retailer specializing in bean bag chairs and a patented modular furniture system called “sactionals,” Lovesac will open this coming fall. Its storefront will be located between Painting with a Twist and Hokkaido Ramen House.
Verde Flavors of Mexico: Offering generational recipes and an “unbeatable atmosphere,” Verde will open in early 2025 and can be found near the outdoor fountain beside BJ’s Restaurant. Their menu features an array of dishes that celebrate the diverse culinary heritage of Mexico.
P.F. Chang’s: The “highly-anticipated” Asian cuisine restaurant will soon join Greenwood Park Mall’s roster of local and national dining options. P.F. Chang’s honors recipes from Japan, Korea, Thailand and beyond and is set to open in 2025. Mall officials didn’t specify where P.F. Changs will open.

MINISO: The “fun and lighthearted” variety store brand was created to enable the young generation to enjoy life through high-quality products and services. MINISO opened in June and can be found between House of Hoops by Foot Locker and Helzberg Diamonds.
Sodom Rose: This local boutique offers staple clothing accessories, providing “high-quality” designs at an affordable price point. The boutique’s website shows it will sell brands including the TikTok-famous Halara. Shoppers can find Sodom Rose next to Francesca’s Boutique.
