Battery
53 E. Court St., Old Towne Beer Hall and Growler: A woman reported at 1:24 p.m. Sunday that she had be hit by another woman who was intoxicated. The intoxicated woman was making a scene and causing problems and was arrested for battery.
Fraud
200 block of Story Drive: A woman reported at 6:28 p.m. Friday that she had been receiving phone calls claiming to be from Alpha Capital Law Firm saying she owed money and needed to pay $400 today. She then got a phone call from what appeared to be from the Johnson County Sheriff’s department claiming she needed to pay the money or they would file charges against her, she realized they had spoofed the Sheriff’s department phone number for their scam.

1251 U.S. 31 N., Shoe MGK: Reported at 8:58 p.m. Saturday that a battery was involving a two juveniles had occurred.
Narcotics
W. County Line Road and N. State Road 135: Reported at 9:21 p.m. Friday that a man was arrested and released on a summons to appear for possession of marijuana.
Thefts
655 U.S. 31 S., CVS: Reported at 3:55 a.m. Monday that shoplifting had occurred.
1251 U.S. 31 N., Dick’s Sporting Goods: Reported at 6:54 p.m. Sunday that a theft had occurred.
150 Marlin Drive, Meijer: Reported at 5:36 p.m. Sunday that a man was arrested and released on a summons to appear for theft.
1251 U.S. 31 N., JC Penney: Reported at 3:21 p.m. Saturday that a woman was caught shoplifting and was trespassed from the property and released from the scene.
1600 U.S. 31 S., Thornton’s: An employee reported at 1:34 a.m. Saturday that a man came into the gas station and stole three Budweiser beers.

Fraud
1000 block of S. Center Lane, Franklin: A man reported at 12:33 p.m. Friday that someone had used his personal information at a horse betting site and that a check had been returned.
Hit and Run
6000 block of S. Nineveh Road, Trafalgar: Reported at 2:41 p.m. Saturday that a hit and run had occurred.
Indecent Exposure
300 block of N. Bluff Road, Greenwood: Reported at 8:17 a.m. Friday that indecent exposure had occurred.
Narcotics
E. County Road 400 N. and N. Graham Road, Franklin: An officer reported at 10:32 p.m. Sunday that during a traffic stop for having a trailer without operational lights, the driver had a active warrant. After a search of the vehicle, marijuana and several other narcotics were found and the driver was arrested for possession of marijuana, the active warrant and issued tickets for driving while suspended and several other items.
I-69 N. off ramp and County Line Road, Indianapolis: An officer reported at 8:43 a.m. Sunday that during a traffic stop for improper lane change he detected the strong odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle. The juvenile driver and juvenile passenger were removed from the vehicle and after a search marijuana and two grinders were found. The juvenile driver was issued two summons to appear on the misdemeanor charges of possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia and a citation for unsafe lane movement.
U.S. 31 S. and E. County Road 650 S., Edinburgh: An officer reported at 2:14 p.m. Saturday that during a traffic stop for suspended license he detected the odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle. The driver admitted to having marijuana in the vehicle and was issued a criminal summons for possession of marijuana, driving while suspended with prior conviction and her vehicle was impounded.
Personal-injury crash
10:05 p.m. Wednesday — 3000 block of Centerline Road, Franklin. A juvenile, 17, reported having an abrasion with injury to their shoulder/upper arm.

Threatening
2600 Cumberland Drive, Franklin High School, Franklin: A juvenile reported at 1:26 p.m. Friday that they had been intimidated by two students and a former student who were threatening to do physical harm.
Theft
3129 E. Edinburgh St., Job Corp Main Gate, Edinburgh: Reported at 4:58 p.m. Sunday that a theft had occurred.
