377 E. Jefferson St., Bojaks: An employee reported at 11:40 p.m. Tuesday that a man was getting aggressive with the bartender and once police arrived the man was walking away, the man was issued a trespass warning and left the bar.

6:15 p.m. Tuesday — 2600 Cumberland Drive, parking lot
Theft
2125 N. Morton St., Walmart: Loss prevention manager reported at 3:49 p.m. Tuesday that a woman had stolen from the store on several occasions and that he wanted her trespassed from the store. The police were able to locate her and she was arrested for theft and trespassed her from the store.

Fry Road and U.S. 31 N.: Reported at 11:24 p.m. Tuesday that a woman was summons arrested for possession of paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.
N. Emerson Ave. and Wilson Drive: Reported at 9:40 p.m. Tuesday that a man was summons arrested for possession of marijuana.
N. Graham Road and E. County Line Road: Reported at 9:19 p.m. Tuesday that a man was arrested under a summons for the possession of marijuana with a prior conviction.

1000 block of Southbridge Drive: Reported at 12:17 p.m. Tuesday that a theft had occurred.

Fraud
1000 block of W. Jefferson St. Franklin: A man reported at 2:22 p.m. Tuesday that he gave his debit card to a family member to make purchases for him and they used the card for personal purchases totaling over $2,500.
