Hit and Run
3600 N. Morton St., Turning Point Church: A woman reported at 12:23 p.m. Wednesday that she believes her vehicle was struck while she was at dinner at the church the following night.
Narcotics
1000 block of Franklin Place Court: An officer reported at 9:53 a.m. Wednesday that a man was arrested on a active warrant and when getting into the police car a glass pipe was found in his wheelchair. The man was arrested for possession of paraphernalia, his warrant and taken to jail.

900 block of Bull Run W., Drive: Reported at 11:48 a.m. Wednesday that a fraud had occurred.

1000 block of Woodfield Court: Reported at 7:02 p.m. Wednesday that a theft had occurred.
900 block of Kings Mill Road: Reported at 11:46 a.m. Wednesday the theft of a license plate had occurred.
1133 N. Emerson Ave., Walmart: Reported at 11:27 a.m. Wednesday that a woman was arrested and transported to jail.
794 U.S. 31 N., Avis and Budget Rental: Reported at 8:13 a.m. Wednesday that a theft had occurred.
