A portion of Interstate 65 in Edinburgh will have nighttime closures next week.
On or after Tuesday crews plan to conduct temporary nighttime lane closures on northbound I-65 between County Road 1200 South and State Road 252 in Shelby County. The project is to complete in-road sensor maintenance work, according to the Indiana Department of Transportation.
Crews will begin work in the right lane of northbound I-65 and then complete work in the left lane, to ensure that traffic can keep moving. Work will take place from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. and is expected to take up to one night, INDOT officials say.
The work is weather permitting.
