Fraud
2801 N. Morton St., police department: A woman reported at 3:49 p.m. Thursday that she believes her cell phone had been mirrored and cloned and that all of her passwords had been changed in all of her accounts and $14,000 in transactions on her bank account had occurred.

Personal-injury crash
12:07 p.m. Thursday — U.S. 31 and Fry Road. A woman, 54, reported having pain and injury to her neck.

996 S. State Road 135, IU Health Urgent Care: Reported at 8:04 p.m. Thursday that theft had occurred.
150 Marlin Drive, Meijer: Reported at 7:38 p.m. Thursday that a juvenile was arrested for shoplifting.
500 block of Carol Drive: Reported at 6:29 p.m. Thursday that a theft had occurred.
1133 N. Emerson Ave., Walmart: Reported at 6:11 p.m. Thursday that a theft had occurred.
2537 E. Main St., Midgard Self Storage: Reported at 3:43 p.m. Thursday that a theft had occurred.
400 block of Orchard Lane: Reported at 2:55 p.m. Thursday the theft of a bicycle from the property had occurred.
1842 Veterans Way, Greenwood VFW: A woman reported at 9:33 a.m. Thursday the theft of cell phone had occurred.
