Narcotics
2600 Cumberland Drive, Franklin High School, Franklin: Reported at 9:18 a.m. Tuesday that a student was caught with a THC device and the device tested positive for marijuana, the following offenses were committed by the student-possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia.
