Main Street Hospice encourages a variety of volunteers

Main Street Hospice, Franklin, offers free training for new volunteer applicants seeking to provide companionship visits to hospice patients in the nine Central Indiana counties it serves.

Do you have a certified pet or a special skill to share? Main Street has a Pet Team and can also use extra hands to provide haircuts, massages and music visits. Volunteers determine their availability. Military veteran volunteers are also needed to assist with Military Honors ceremonies or one-on-one visits with veteran patients.
