Criminal Trespassing
2123 Younce St., Scott Park: An officer reported at 9:05 a.m. Thursday that a homeless man was living in the wooded area by the park. The Parks and Rec department wanted the man trespassed from all of the Franklin parks due to the man setting up camps in other parks.
Personal-injury crash
4:41 p.m. Wednesday — U.S. 31 and Paul Hand Blvd. A man, 19, reported having pain and injury to his head. A woman, 36, reported having pain and injury to her neck.

2000 block of Santa Anita Drive: Reported at 3:22 p.m. Thursday that an identity theft had occurred.
Narcotics
S. Madison Ave. and U.S. 31 S.: Reported at 9:03 p.m. Thursday that a man was issued a summons for possession of paraphernalia.

6:39 a.m. Thursday — E. County Line Road and I-65 southbound off ramp. A woman, 41, reported having pain and injury to her head.
